A. Authenticity Protection
Authentication is extremely complex. We make every effort to accurately authenticate the items we receive, involving our own team of trained specialists, but also teaming up with authentication third party experts, from Romania and US, with large expertise in luxury brands and also resell business.
All items submitted to DRESSINGZ are put through rigorous verification process, before being listed on the platform. The verification process is overseen by our experts and third-party authentication company-Luxury Appraisal & Authentication, based in the US, represented by Graham Wetzbarger, luxury authentication expert. First check is based on the photos submitted, plus extra details that might be required by our specialists and external experts (authenticity codes, stamps, holograms, stitching details etc). When the item is sold, it is sent to DRESSINGZ premises for a physical check, overseen by our experts and authentication external experts, prior to being sent to the buyer. Those items have the "Verified by Dressingz Experts" stamp displayed on the product's page.
Some items are already in the DRESSINGZ warehouse, already certified by our DRESSINGZ experts and partner consultants. You will recognize them by the stamp “Authenticity Certified”. These items can be shipped very fast, in 1-2 days.

When the item is sold, it is sent to DRESSINGZ premises for a physical check, overseen by our experts and authentication external experts, prior to being sent to the buyer.
“Authenticity Certified” stamps is displayed on a product’s page indicating that that item is already in the DRESSINGZ warehouse, already certified by our DRESSINGZ experts and partner consultants. These items can be shipped very fast, in 1-2 days.
In case you have a doubt, please contact DRESSINGZ in maximum 24 hours from the receipt of the item.
B. Ordering process
It is very simple to place an order.
Click on the item photo -> Click BUY and follow the Checkout process
After you make the payment and the bank transfer is confirmed, the Seller is informed and asked to send the item. You will be able to follow the item in My Account -> My Orders -> Check delivery status
You will be able to follow the item at any moment, by accessing:
My Account -> My Orders -> Check delivery status
It is very important that you read all information regarding the item, such as:
- Size - in case you are not sure about the sizing, or you need additional info, you can ask the Seller via the Comments section to provide you the needed measurement. Please check also the section Measurements in the item page, for specific measurements provided by the Seller
- Condition - please look at the condition specified and ask any detail that might not be clear enough, especially if the product is previously worn and alteration is not clear
- Description - please read carefully the Seller’s description, because it should offer important details about the product
- Bundled Offers - on the item page, you have the section "Bundled offers" where you can check if there are some special pack offers for the item
- Seller Info - you can check the Seller info, his level, history that might give you an idea about the Seller. Also, by checking the Seller’s Country of residence, you can have an indication of the delivery time, in case you want an approximation
An Angel Seller is a Seller that donates a percentage of the price paid for items sold, to support a charity cause.
A Premium Seller is a top-trusted Seller, based on specific criteria:
- Quality of items
- Delivery time
- No of items sold
- No of points collected

C. Payments
The accepted payment methods are:
- Credit card payments
- Vouchers
The Buyer pays the price of the item plus the shipping fee. The shipping fee is calculated automatically in the Checkout process, based on the delivery address and the Seller’s address. We want to offer the best rates to our Buyers, this is why every rate is personalized and calculated for that specific shipping.
All payments are secured.
To save a credit card, when you finalize an order, you can save the credit card by clicking on "Remember my card for future purchases". In this way, you will not have to fill in the credit card information every time you make a purchase.
When you will Checkout for your next purchase, you will find the credit card info auto filled in the section Payment information. If you have several credit cards saved, you will just need to select the one you want to use for the specific purchase. In case you want to use a new credit card, you can click "Use another credit card".
Please note that we guarantee your credit card information confidentiality and that we do not have access to your bank details. All your payments are secured.
Usually custom taxes may appear when orders are made from one country to another country, outside EU. In this situation, your local customs authorities may contact you to request payment of these fees. You will have to pay the requested fees in order to have the package delivered to you.
At the Checkout, in the Payment information, you will have the possibility to fill in the payment information, or it will be auto filled, in case you have saved your credit card information. If you want to use another credit card, you will be able to click "Add another credit card".
In case you have a promotional code, you can fill it in when you are in the Payment section, in the box mentioning Promo code
D. Shipping
The Shipping fees are calculated automatically for every transaction, based on the delivery address and the Seller address. We want to offer Buyers the lowest shipping rates, this is why shipping fees are customized based on the specific addresses. You will see the shipping rate that applies to you after you fill in the delivery address, in the Checkout process.
We currently do not ship internationally, but we surely plan to! Please subscribe to our newsletter and we will let you know when international shipping will be available.
Shipping time depends on the adresses of the Seller, of the Buyer and the physical authenticity process.
Delivery should not take more than 1-3 days if the item is send directly from the Seller to the Buyer. A few more days can be added to the delivery time if the product is sent to DRESSINGZ premises for double-check.
Check for the badge displayed on the item’s page to estimate the delivery time.
We use SAME DAY for all deliveries in Romania.
You can track your order by clicking on My Account - My Items Sold - click on the Item and check the status
E. Delivery
After you make the payment and we receive the bank confirmation, the Seller will send you the item. Once the item is delivered to the courier, you will be able to check the status of the delivery in My Account -> My Orders -> Order no xx -> Check Status
The receipt of the order will be automatically confirmed by the courier and will appear in the Order status
You can track your order at any moment on the My Account -> My Orders -> Order no xx -> Check Status
In case the item is different, or size doesn’t fit, you have 24 hours after receipt to Return the item. Within the 24 hours, you have to click My Account -> My Orders -> Order no xx -> Return - fill in the Package AWB. You also have the option to relist the item for sale, with 0% commission, within 72 hours from receipt of the item.
F. Returns and Cancellations
At DRESSINGZ, you can return any item you have purchased, if it’s not what you were expecting. What you need to do is to claim the return of the item, by clicking Return in My account / My Order, no later than 24 hours from receipt of the item. You also have the option to relist the item for sale, with 0% commission, within 72 hours from receipt of the item. The available timeframe for return is limited because ordering from other individuals requires a different process and once the money gets into the Seller’s account, we do not have the authority to ask for reimbursement. For this reason, most of our competitors in the resell business does not allow returns at all. We want our customers to shop with peace of mind, this is why we have accommodated this timeframe in which the Buyer has the possibility to decide to return the item.

In case you want to make a return, you have to fill in the AWB of the returned package within 24 hours from the package receipt, otherwise the order will be closed and money sent to the Seller's account.
To return an item, click My Orders -> select Order - click Status – select Return – fill in AWB for returned package.
Please make sure that the item returned is in exact same state as it was delivered to you.
Once the item returned is delivered back to the Seller, DRESSINGZ approves the reimbursement of the price paid for the item. The shipping fee cannot not be reimbursed. The transfer will be made in the following week after the reimbursement is approved. Please make sure that the item returned is in exact same state as it was delivered to you.
You can certainly report any issue at support@dressingz.com and we will address it. In case you want to return the item, please make sure you observe the 24 hours timeframe, by following the Return process.
When you send back the item, you are filling in the AWB of the package. This will enable us to track the package and know when it is delivered back to the Seller. We advise you to use the same courier (Same Day) that delivered the package to you.
Almost all items are refundable. You cannot be refunded for items that are altered or have a different status that initially delivered. For example, items that were new, with tags and you broke the tag. Or you lost the box or dust bag that came with the item. Also, you cannot refund some lingerie items (panties). Please note that we only allow this type of lingerie with NEW WITH TAG condition and you cannot return them.
Your return request might be refused because you have overpassed the timeframe allowed for returns. Or it might be a product for which return is not allowed (specific lingerie products / panties)
In case you want to return the item, you must claim it by clicking Return in My account / My Order, no later than 24 hours from receipt of the item. You also have the option to relist the item for sale, with 0% commission, within 72 hours from receipt of the item.
Once the item returned is delivered back to the Seller, DRESSINGZ approves the reimbursement of the price paid for the item. The shipping fee cannot be reimbursed. The transfer will be made the next week after the reimbursement is approved. Please make sure that the item returned is in exact same state as it was delivered to you.
G. Points & Benefits
The points are granted by Dressingz to reward your activity on the platform. For any action you make in the platform (item upload, item sold, donation, post on Talks) you will receive loyalty points that will help you achieve a premium status, like Diamond Seller. Diamond Seller status comes with specific benefits: their items are more visible, highly promoted on the platform, with higher chances to sell. Also, they receive special bonuses, promotional codes to be exchanged for the accumulated points.
To check the number of points accumulated, you click on My Account and you will see displayed the number of points accumulated and the badges
H. Promotions

2.Detalii campanie:
- Promotia este organizata in perioada 25 mai - 30 iunie 2022 şi se desfăşoară pe site-ul dressingz.com.
- Promotia consta in aplicarea unui discount de 10 euro si transport gratuit la cosurile de cumparaturi de pana in 200 euro sau aplicarea unui discount de 30 euro si transport gratuit la cosurile de cumparaturi incepand cu 200 euro.
- Pentru a beneficia de promotie, este necesara introducerea codului “REFRESH” la check-out.
3. Conditii
- Promotia se aplica tuturor utilizatorilor.
- Promotia nu are numar maxim de folosiri per utilizator.
- Promotia nu poate fi combinata cu alte promotii, beneficii sau discount-uri.
- Varsta minima a clientilor trebuie sa fie de 18 ani impliniti.
4.Litigii
Eventualele litigii apărute intre Organizator și participantii la Campanie se vor rezolva pe cale amiabila sau, in cazul in care aceasta nu va fi posibila, litigiile vor fi solutionate de instantele judecatoresti romane competente.
