Ok, so I was kind of hopping to see some of the Carrie shoes out here, but what a surprise it was finding out that SJP is the actual designer behind the famous & just like that shoes. I loved the burgundy mules Carrie wore in the series, but also the jewelled black stilettos and I must admit they seemed a little to close to SJP shoes designs, but i figured....it's just the styling. However, the news spread quickly that Carrie's heels, presented under the faux-vintage label Duchessa Gardini, are actually designed by the leading actress, who preferred not to associate her personal label with the series. It think the strategy is pretty cool, even if I'm a bit disappointed I wont probably find them for sale...
