Styling advice wanted

Love the colourful fur trend and I've seen so many nice items, natural or synthetic, mix of colours or uni. I think I'll make a new addition to my wardrobe, but I'm quite anxious about wearing it, as I'm afraid it's too obvious. Lots of outfits I've seen are very bright, but I'm more in the neutral/black outfits. How would you style to make an impression, but without looking like an exotic bird.
